I am always tired. Always. I'm tired when I wake up in the morning. I'm tired during the day. I'm tired after a nap. I'm tired during a nap. I'm tired during dinner. I'm tired when I crawl into bed at night.

Yeah. I know. No exercise. Would make a major difference. Let me see if I can squeeze it in to my already over extended schedule. Sigh.

Actually, I do remember how awesome it felt when I worked out and ate well. Maybe I'll consider walking again, eating veggies and drinking lots of water.

You forgot that bit (likely the mostimportant part!). Then again, libido triples when regular exercise returns, so I might be preaching to a potential choir member.
